Smart Milling

Production process

CNC milling is one of Smart-M's specialities, alongside CNC Turning and CNC Measuring. We use our milling machines to machine iron, stainless steel, metal, aluminium and plastic. CNC milling is conventional and entirely computer-controlled via our CAD-CAM systems. This allows us to work very accurately. We have the right machine for every application on your product.

We produce both large and small series. Our milling machines offer efficient
solution for many applications. Different steels, stainless steel, metal, aluminium or
plastic machining is no problem for us. We develop the products
together with you, which is why every product is unique.

 

Depending on the goal, together we determine which approach best suits your idea. We have up-to-date machinery, years of experience and warm contacts with
our partners. This golden combination allows us to develop your idea into a
high-quality product. Before and during the process, you have a full picture of the
future outcome of your product.

We believe it is important to work with the customer to create a beautiful product

"We are ready for our customers day and night. This is much appreciated and we love doing it. Why? The working atmosphere is very good and the work offers many challenges. Everyone gets plenty of opportunities to learn here. Smart-M also invests continuously in new techniques and machines. From a technical point of view, we work with the cream of the crop. If you don't get your money's worth here as a techie, it's up to you. We are working hard on automation. Soon, a new robot with smart software will be added. I get to lead the way in terms of automation. Quite a responsibility, but very challenging. I am looking forward to it and I am completely in place here."
