All our quotations, all orders placed with us and all contracts concluded with us are subject to the METAALUNIE CONDITIONS, filed with the Registry of the District Court in Rotterdam, as they read according to the text most recently filed there. The delivery conditions will be sent to you (again) on request. Any conditions to the contrary are expressly rejected. Furthermore, Dutch law is applicable and the Dutch court is competent to take cognisance of disputes.
